Do you accept every kitchen?
No. We review every application by hand. We check fit, standards, and capacity before anyone joins.
What happens after I send my details?
We email or WhatsApp the full requirements application. You can then tell us about your kitchen or your first food business plan.
Why is there a welcome call?
We want to welcome you onto Hungry Tum properly and make sure you have what you need for a strong onboarding and launch.
Can I cook more than one brand?
Yes. Most operators start with one. You can add more when the kitchen is ready.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee and no monthly fee. We pay you per order — 15% on third-party orders and 23% on direct orders. You cook and pack; we handle the rest.
How do I get paid?
Weekly. We pay you a share of every order your kitchen fulfils — you never invoice us.
